Air Show was privelidged to host Michael Luvara who is the President of one of the largest and foremost RC Clubs in the country. The Santa Clara County Model Aircraft Skypark is located in California and for those of you that fly computer simulators this is the club that you can find in the Real Flight computer Simulator. We learned all about the clubs history, how it has grown over the years, it's challanges and rewards and from the feedback we receive from Michael how other clubs can benefit from their experience.

Michael also runs RCATS (www.rcatsystems.com), which he founded in 2003. RCats is a UAV/data acquisition business that also has some hobby products. Michael has been part of a National Geographic documentary building and flying an R/ C Pterosaur (dinosaur) and since 2003 Michael has been a crew member of several teams at the Reno Air Races and his telemetry systems have been used in many of the racers.
